Agreement between You and Dadabhai Travel LLC. 

Thank you for visiting dadabhaitravel.ae (the "Web Site"). The Web Site is offered by us, Dadabhai Travel LLC conditioned on acceptance by you, the user of the Web Site, without modification, limitation or qualification, of the terms and conditions contained herein. By accessing and using this Web Site, you are deemed to have agreed to all such terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). 

You represent and warrant you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Web Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. 

You promise to us you are old enough to enter legally binding contracts through this Web Site and you know you will be responsible for all payments due to us for bookings made by you or another person using your login information. 

Modification of Terms 

We may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Web Site, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Web Site. Your continued use of this Web Site after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions. 



Your access to and use of software and other materials on, or through, this Web Site is solely at your own risk. We make no warranty whatsoever about the reliability, stability or virus free nature of such software. 


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the information, software, products and services contained in this web site. All such information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products and services contained in this web site including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. 


In no event will we be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential (including among other things loss of revenue or profits), punitive, or exemplary, damages of any kind or subject to equitable or injunctive remedies (whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, and strict liability or otherwise) arising out of:

  2. The availability and utility of products and services

If we are unable to provide the services we have agreed to provide you with, we will inform you and we shall reimburse you for any sums paid for those services, or we will offer you alternative services to the same value as those originally booked with us.
Nothing in this limitation of liability shall exclude liabilities not permitted to be excluded by applicable law.
Any carriage by air using a ticket obtained using this web site shall be subject to the conditions of carriage of the relevant carrier and may also be subject to the warsaw convention or the montreal convention, which may limit the carrier's liability in certain circumstances. You should refer to the note on conditions of carriage set out below.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.


As a condition of use of this Web Site, you agree to indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorney's fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of this Web Site, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.

You agree to use this Web Site solely to determine the availability of goods and services and make legitimate reservations or transact business with us. You agree to use the Web Site only for personal, non-commercial use. 

You agree to use the Web Site's services to make only legitimate reservations or purchases. You agree not to make any false reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. We may cancel, without notice, all confirmations associated with multiple reservations to one or more destination on or about the same date. 

You agree to all of our terms and conditions of purchase, including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due and compliance with all rules concerning availability of fares, products, or services. All fees, assessments, charges, taxes and duties arising out of use of the Web Site are your sole responsibility.
  • You agree to not abuse the Web Site. "Abuse" includes, without limitation, using the Web Site to:
  • Defame, harass, stalk, threaten, abuse or otherwise violate others' rights as defined by applicable law.
  • Harm or interfere with the operation of others' computers and software in any respect, including, without limitation, by uploading, downloading or transmitting corrupt files or computer viruses.
  • Violate applicable intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights, including, without limitation, by uploading, downloading or transmitting materials or software.
  • Omit or misrepresent the origin of, or rights in, any file you download or upload, including, without limitation, by omitting proprietary language, author identifications, or notices of patent, copyright or trademark.
  • Transmit, post, or otherwise disclose trade secrets, or other confidential or protected proprietary material or information.
  • Download or upload files that are unlawful to distribute through the Web Site.
  • Transmit any information or software obtained through the Web Site, or copy, create, display, distribute, license, perform, publish, recreate, reproduce, sell, or transfer works deriving from the Web Site.
  • Cause an excessively large load on the infrastructure of the Web Site.
  • Falsely use a password during logging into the Web Site, or misrepresent one's identity or authority to act on behalf of another.
  • Violate this Agreement in any other manner.

Copyright and Trademark 

This Site is for the your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this Web Site. Dadabhai Travel LLC and any other product or trade names of Dadabhai Travel LLC referenced herein are our service marks or registered service marks. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. 

Web Site Bookings 

You may book holidays, hotels, car hire, excursions and various land arrangements as offered in the website. All such bookings are valid only as per the conditions attached and governed by rules and regulations attached to such offers.

Modifications/Cancellations to your booking cannot be made on the Web Site; they must be made via our Dadabhai Travel LLC offices. You will then be subject to the rules that you agreed to when you confirmed the booking. You are required to contact one of our offices to arrange for any refunds. Cancellation charges/services charges as applicable will be levied as per rules and regulations/industry practice as applicable. You can pick up your tickets from locations listed during the booking process or you can choose to have your tickets delivered. Please note tickets can be collected only in Dadabhai Travel LLC offices in the UAE. Deliveries can only be made in emirates where Dadabhai Travel LLC offices are located. Delivery of tickets will be at a minimum charge. If you choose to collect tickets from one of our offices, it must be completed within the time specified during booking process, failing which your booking will be automatically cancelled. All online paper tickets need to be picked up from our offices within 24 hours, or get in touch with our representative with in 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the online booking. All e-tickets, tour vouchers may be delivered through email given and confirmed by you and you hereby agree to acknowledge receipt of the same. Failure of sending an acknowledgement may result in cancellation of tickets to avoid misuse of such documents. Once delivered, all changes made on such documents will be at your responsibility and risk unless otherwise such changes are made through Dadabhai Travel LLC as per stipulated rules and regulations. All changes modifications should be done through Dadabhai Travel LLC only. Dadabhai Travel LLC will not be responsible for any changes/modifications done on any of our travel documents through/with a third party irrespective of their status and nature of business.

Personal Profile and Login 

The users of the Web Site wishing to make a booking must register. Once you register, your personal information such as your ticket delivery address, your contact details as well as other details and preferences can be stored in the profile. We recommend you fill in your personal preferences as this information will assist us in providing you with our optimum service and will also save you time for future inquiries and bookings. Please remember not to give your Login/ID and password to anyone. 

Use of Credit card 

We accept only Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Your credit card will be debited when you click on the confirm button. If you do not have a credit card, you may choose to pay in cash while visiting one of our offices. 


We will take all reasonable measures to insure information you transmit to us using the Web Site will remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access. Despite those measures, we do not warrant unauthorized access to that information can never happen. We will not be liable for any such unauthorized access unless caused solely by our gross negligence, in which event you will be entitled to compensation up to a maximum of the value of the services purchased by you. 


Please insure you have a passport valid for the duration of your trip. (Some destinations require your passport be valid for a certain length of time; in general, 6 months after completion of travel). You may also be required to obtain a visa for some destinations and it is your responsibility to do so. If you require any further information on passport or visa requirements, please contact one of our local offices or the embassy of the country to which you will be travelling. 

Airport Taxes 

Some airports will levy an airport departure tax, which is payable by passengers at the airport locally. Information on these charges is not given through our quoted fares. 

Health /Insurance Requirements 

Immunization may be recommended or required for your destination or stopover points - please check this with your doctor. We also recommend purchase of adequate travel insurance for all overseas travel. 

Conditions of Carriage 

The carriage of passengers and their baggage by air will be subject to the Conditions of Carriage of the carrier concerned. 

Privacy Statement 

Information collection and use: We are responsible for the processing of any personal information you provide to this Web Site. We take our responsibilities regarding the protection of personal information very seriously. This policy explains how we use personal information that we may obtain about you. By using our Web Site you consent to this use. 

Why do we need your personal information? 

When you use services provided on this Web Site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your name and contact details. We will store this information and hold it on computers or otherwise. We will use this information in the following ways: 

To fulfil our agreement with you, including processing your flight, sending you your itinerary, or contacting you if there is a problem with your reservation; 

To register you with our Web Site and administer our Web Site services where you have registered to receive these. You can unsubscribe from these services at any time by contacting us

  • To administer any contest or other promotional offer you may enter and notify winners;
  • To answer any queries which you may send to us by e-mail;

We need to know the names of all passengers travelling. If you are booking a flight on behalf of someone else, you must obtain their consent to use their personal information. We proceed on the basis that you have obtained this consent. How do we use your personal information? 

Information you provide or that is obtained by us will be used by us to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and provide you and other customers (via mail, email telephone or otherwise) with information about new products and services and special offers we think you will find valuable. We may also inform you about new products and services and special offers of selected third parties. 

Who do we share your information with? 

We may give information about you as follows:
  • to other companies and/or brands in the Dadabhai Travel LLC;
  • to trustworthy third parties that we use for the provision of certain services, such as enabling our customers to book hotels, chauffeurs, hire cars, flights or other services quickly and easily;
  • to anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with you;
  • to customs and/or immigration departments or other regulatory authorities in your country of departure and/or destination in order to comply with the law in those countries;
  • to third party organizations involved in credit card authorization;
  • if we have a duty to do so or if the law allows us to do so;
  • To our employees and agents to do any of the above on our behalf, now or in the future.
  • If you choose not to provide certain personal information we request, you will still be able to visit our Web Site but you may be unable to access certain options or services.


We will take appropriate steps to protect the personal information you share with us. We have implemented technology and security features to safeguard the privacy of your personal information. 


Our Web Site may contain links to other web sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of web sites not operated by us. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, we will provide a way to correct, update or remove your personal information provided to us.

If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by way of an email. All Bookings are only accepted with proper booking form duly completed in all respect.  However bookings are accepted through e mail as well as over the phone in case of any urgent emergency bookings.  Deposit or full payment must be paid as per the tour conditions. The head of the family/team member’s signature is required on the booking form and this will abide customers booking with Dadabhai Travel LLC‘s terms and conditions or any legal aspects of all tours undertaken by the aforesaid members.

It is the sole and whole responsibility of the traveler prior to their collection and departure; to verify and ensure that the documents are given for their travel is in accordance with their request.  In case of any miss match of the requirement this should be brought to the attention of the booking agent immediately so that remedial action can be taken.  Company will not be liable for any errors and omissions in this regard once this is checked and accepted.

An initial deposit of DHS.200.00 per person is to be paid at the time of making the booking and the balance is to be paid at least 30 to 45 days prior to the departure date. If the bookings are within 30 to 45 days or less, then the full payment must be paid in order to seek the firm booking. Failure to comply with the payment policy would result in cancellation of your confirmed seat on the tour booked. CANCELLATION CHARGES AS APPLICABLE WILL BE LEVIED IN ADDITION TO THE PAYMENTS MADE AND THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR SUCH PAYMENTS.

Refunds, if any, will be paid directly to the customer as per the booking condition, or per company policy. Normally it takes between 15 to 30 days to process the refunds especially when refunds are to be received from suppliers. All original documents or part of the unutilized vouchers or proof of refund from suppliers is required to process the refund. Failure to fulfill this requirement, company will not be responsible for any abnormal charges levied from any suppliers.

Generally most of the cruise companies, theatre tickets, apartment owners, etc. levy full cancellation charges irrespective of cancellation period once the booking accepted/guaranteed by the customer. It is very essential to have this checked prior to confirming the booking with our agent. Company will not be liable for any excuses in this regard as these are beyond the control of the company / agent.

To provide additional security during your holiday, it is highly recommended that you take special travel insurance or any other insurance as applicable to cover your personal accident, medical coverage, baggage loss, etc. etc. Our agent will assist you in this regard.

Our agent shall advise you the time limit or cut off period of your reservations. However bookings are released once the expiry of the time limit. Company cannot be responsible for such cancellation. It will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that payments are made on time to avoid any cancellation of their confirmed booking. Whatever the cancellation charges or the deposit paid will be forfeited if the customer fails to comply with this terms and conditions of bookings. 

In order to assist you in choosing your own category of accommodation, certain star rating have been used in by our agents or suppliers. This need not be in compliance with the standards envisaged by any one and this only act as guidance. Hotel descriptions and classifications are based in good faith on those officially recognized in the country concerned .This will vary from country to country; hotel to hotel around the world.

Normal hotel check in and check out time is 12 noon in most of the countries, although this can very depending on the hotel and destination. Some of the hotels do allow early check in and late check out depending on the availability of the rooms. However this is not guaranteed and if any one needs early check in, it is advisable to book the rooms from the previous night to ensure immediate occupancy of the rooms upon arrival.

In the unlikely event that a selected hotel is unable to provide the accommodation confirmed to you at the last minute, the company would assist you to obtain similar category of hotels. This is beyond the control of the company and the customer should understand that this situation prevail due to some unfortunate circumstances beyond the control of agents/hoteliers. However company shall take all precautious to avoid such even but sometimes it does happen.

Normally hotels do allow one child aged 2-12 years to stay with parent’s room with or without any charge. Certain hotels do allow two children aged 2-12 years to stay with parent’s room with our without any charge. These are allowed without extra bed and in the event of any extra beds are required; the hotels will levy supplementary charges, which are to be paid direct to the hotels by the clients. In order to avoid any inconvenience to your holiday, it is recommendable to pre book the extra bed prior to your departure.

It is unlikely that we will have to make some changes in your holiday due to some unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we shall do our best to provide similar holiday or other alternate ones. In the event customer does not agree for such amendment, full refund will be paid. However, no compensation will be paid as these are basically forced major unusual and unforeseen circumstances. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any losses or expenses that the customer may suffer in this context.

We reserve the right to cancel any published / confirmed holidays whatsoever where we feel it is not safe to operate due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In this case, full refund of the holiday booked is given or you will have a choice to rebook another holiday.

Most of the Holidays are based on special air fare / departures and it is normally not possible to change your flights once you have commenced your journey. This is due to airline regulations over which Dadabhai Travel LLC have no control. Should you wish to extend or curtain your stay, this is only possible by purchasing additional fresh air tickets at the normal fare. It is possible that unused coupon may have no refund value.

You must ensure that prior to the start of your journey, you possess a valid passport and all relevant visas, entry permits and international certificates of vaccination as appropriate to all countries that you intend to visit. These regulations keep on changing from time to time; it is recommendable that you check all your travel formalities before hand.

The agent, operator and/or their staff are not responsible for the validity of the passport, valid visas, entry permits, health regulation and any other local governmental requirements. However they will only be happy to assist you in this regard.

We make every effort to give you a truthful description of the tours and hotels as shown in the brochure or any publications as per the information available with us at the time of booking. If during your holiday certain facilities or services do not come up to your expectations, please speak immediately to the local agent or hotel manager, etc. It will be too late to improve a spoilt holiday if you only write about it after your return. It is our policy to investigate all genuine complaints but we have little time for professional complainers, who simply want a cheap holiday at the expense of others.

The contents and other information given in the brochures, fliers and any other literature are correct at the time of printing and are in good faith. Company cannot take any responsibility of any errors or omissions in this regard as these are subject to change at short notice or after printing the materials. These are beyond the control of the company and it is recommendable that customers should check and recheck such changes before finalization of the packages. It is impossible to have everything printed exactly the way anyone needs but company shall try and ensure to supply reliable information at the time of any requirement.


  1. “Company” means Dadabhai Travel LLC.
  2. “Customer” means the person who signs the booking form or make the contract with the company
  3. “Contract” means the contract for the provision of services by the company to the customer.
  4. “Services” means any holiday or tour or other services offered by the company on behalf of a holiday or tour operator or other person who provides a service offered by the company.
  5. ‘Agent’/’We’ means staff of the company

Once the booking has been confirmed by the company, the customer shall pay cancellation charges in the event that the customer cancels any of the services for any reason whatsoever. 
The cancellation charges which shall be levied on the total price for any of the services and which shall where appropriate, including any deposit paid by the customer, are as follows:

a) Cancellation received by the company:

More than 45 days – Deposit only
More than 30 days-25% of the total price
More than 15 days-50% of the total price
More than 05 days-75% of the total price
NO SHOWS         - 100% of the total price
(less than 5 days to departure date).

b) Once the tour is undertaken no partial refund eligible.  However wherever possible Dadabhai Travel LLC shall try to obtain refund for the unused services. There is guarantee of any refund unless this is agreed by the supplier in writing to the clients before the curtailment of the services.


    I. The company and its agents act only in the capacity of agents for the customer in all matters pertaining to the services. All receipts, vouchers, coupons, tickets, exchange orders and any other documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which the services are provided. The company and its agents have no responsibility for the loss, accident, injury, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused to person or property, however caused or arising during any holiday or tour under  its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise. Baggage and personal effects are always the customer’s  responsibility. The transportation when the customer is not on board a carrier or conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or firms.

The passage contract in the use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and/or customers. The holiday or tour is issued and conducted at the sole responsibility of the holiday or tour operator and is not issued on behalf of, nor does it commit, airlines, or any airline whose services are used during the holiday or tour.

    II. The issuance by the company and acceptance by the customer of receipts, coupons, tickets, exchange orders or any other documents shall be deemed to be the consent by the customer of the terms of paragraph (I) above of these conditions.
    III. The company shall not be considered in breach of this contract or under any liability whatsoever to the customer for non-performance, part performance, defective performance or delay in the performance of any of the services or work carried out or to be carried out by the company or its employees, agents or sub-contractors hereunder which is directly or indirectly caused by or is a result of any circumstances beyond its direct control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances.

  Act of God, explosion, flood, lighting, tempest, fire accident, war, hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, civil war, riot, civil commotion or embargoes, strikes, lockouts or other individual actions or trade disputes of whatever nature (whether involving employees of the company or third party); defaults of suppliers of any of the services or sub-contractors of such suppliers for any reason whatsoever, incompleteness or inaccuracy of any information which is the responsibility of the customer to provide. Any failure, default in performance, or any act or omission whatsoever on the part of the customer or its employees or agents.

IV. Should any of the circumstances referred to in paragraph (iii) above of these conditions occur before the departure date of the customer the company will endeavour but shall under no obligation, to offer alternative arrangements and shall make price adjustments as the company, in its sole discretion, considers reasonable in the case of any alteration to any holiday, tour or any other of the services. In the event of total cancellation under such circumstances a full refund of any deposit paid by the customer will be made.


As Dadabhai Travel LLC has been an approved tour licensed company under Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), all services provided in accordance with the guidelines, rules and regulations of DTCM, which are updated from time to time.  This contract is also subject to these terms and conditions.

These conditions shall be construed according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates Courts, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute between the customer and the company
